WATCHING MOVIES JUST GOT BETTER AT STER-KINEKOR CARNIVAL CITY

Spring is a time for all things new, and come 30 October 2019, film fans will be walking into a revamped cinema and an enhanced movie experience at Ster-Kinekor Carnival City. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil Aurora is reigning as queen while Maleficent (Angelia Jolie) is the kingdom’s guardian. Despite her good deeds, Maleficent is still seen as a villain by Ulstead kingdom — home to Prince Phillip, who Aurora is to marry. When Phillip’s mother calls out Maleficent for her dark past, Maleficent enters a murky world. Philip’s “loving mother” is not what she seems. Aurora is conflicted. Terminator: Dark Fate Arnold Schwarzenegger reprises his role as T-800 Model 101/ Carl. However, a modified liquid metal Terminator (Gabriel Luna) is sent from the future by the machines, Skynet, to terminate Dani Ramos, a hybrid cyborg human from a newly modified liquid Terminator. Frozen II The film picks up three years after Frozen I. Elsa starts to hear a strange sound calling her from the north. Elsa and Anna, with Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, leave Arendelle to travel to an ancient forest in a magical land. They set out to find the origin of Elsa’s powers and to save their kingdom. 21 Bridges A disgraced NYPD officer gets a chance to clear his name. Detective Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) puts New York City on lockdown for him and authorities to hunt down a pair of cop killers. For the first time in its history, there is no exit or entry to the island, including all 21 bridges. He undercovers a conspiracy that links his fellow cops to a criminal empire. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is the final instalment in the sequel trilogy of the Skywalker saga and promises to be epic.
